A quick update. More reviews on the way and a DPT shift.

Just wanted to post and prove that, in fact, I am still alive.  I am in full study mode for the National Physical Therapy Examination October 27th (my DPT boards), so I have been quite busy, along with working at Rancho Physical Therapy in Corona, CA.

Here is a quick update for those waiting.  I have PLENTY of new reviews on the way.  Some stuff that people are aware of and some very cool reviews on the way.  Here is a list:

Adidas Sequence Boost 9
New Balance Vazee Prism
Nike Lunarspider R6
Skechers GOrun 5
Skechers GOrun Forza 2

and those are just the ones I can tell you about.

Winning the Megan's Wings 5k for the 4th year in a row.

Dr. Kollias also has several on the way that we will update here shortly.  The next year is going to be busy but awesome.  There will be a variety of trainers, trail shoes and racing flats that we will be reviewing.

I was recently accepted to Casa Colina's Orthopedic Residency and I am very excited to start in March of 2017.  That will probably eat my life up, but I am so excited to continue this journey (and I'm already eyeing several fellowships).

After boards and as my residency approaches, this blog will continue to be a footwear blog, but will begin to shift to also including a great deal more DPT based posts.  I plan to start sharing all the things I have started learning and creating to help everyone out there start looking at human movement differently.  I have an extensive list (including some cool new exercises and circuits I've come up with), but any requests are welcome.  For DPT Students out there, I will be updating this blog with posts regarding residency life and why you should consider going this route.

Thanks for your patience and continuing to stick with me for this very interesting journey.

As always, thanks for reading.
